I experience something very frightening last night, my first and hopefully last panic attack ! It came out of nowhere. What a horrible feeling as the heat then cold rushed over me, my chest tightened, my heart was pounding, my throat felt tight, and I could hardly breath. I felt faint, dizzy and VERY scared. It lasted about 20 minutes . At first I thought maybe I was getting the flu, but any longer and I was ready to go to the emergency. After, I was exhausted and slept for awhile. I am so glad my husband was home as he was away most of the week on business.
Life has been very stressful lately, and I guess it just manifested as a full blown attack. Time to slow down , and spend more time letting go and letting God deal with it. He's much more capable than I am :) Time too to make an appointment with my doctor just to be sure there isn't something more going on !!!
I'll just take it easy this week and work on a bear . That is always relaxing :)

Egads... I hate panic attacks!
Mine usually happen at night and then I can't sleep.
Sometimes I wonder if they're diet related... you know, our bodies saying "HAHA! Thought you could sneek that chocolate chip cookie before bed, did you?! HAH!"
I hope it is everithing ok with you!! Necessarily will visit the doctor to be assured in it!
Tammy, do not be afraid! So sometimes it is from stress. You should check with a doctor vestibyulyarny apparatus, sometimes the cause of illness in it. Take care of yourself and be healed!
It does get scary. Take a deep breath and remember 'you can only do what you can do.' I try to remember that when things become overwhelming. Let God take care of the rest.
Thanks everyone :)
Hugs ,Tammy
Tammy go and see the doctor just to make sure everything is ok. Taks care. Hugs, Linda

Sending you big (((HUGS))), Tammy.
Oh Tammy, aren't they awful!!! I still think I will die when they happen lol. Reading that the exact same thing happens to other people, even my lovely friends, makes me feel a little more normal and not so frightened too. Big hugs!!! I'm trying to meditate and do yoga at least 3 times a week and it seems to be helping :) XX Sarah
